Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at sales@artisandecorshop.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll cover the return at no cost to you and send a replacement or full refund. For standard-size items we'll provide a prepaid return label; for larger or oversized pieces we'll arrange a scheduled pickup at a time that works for you.
Change-of-mind returns
If you simply change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and a 20% restocking fee applies.
Handmade variations
Because many of our pieces are handcrafted, natural variations in color, size, texture, and finish are part of their charm and are not considered defects.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
