Return window You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To start a return, email us at sales@artisandecorshop.com with your order number and the reason for the return.


Condition Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Because many of our pieces are handcrafted, natural variations in color, size, texture, and finish are part of their charm and are not considered defects.


Damaged or defective items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. A 20% restocking fee may apply to change-of-mind returns.


Return shipping For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For damaged or defective items, we cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label.
