Standard orders ship via FedEx within 2–4 business days after the order is placed. Oversize items marked with a truck symbol ship by freight — our team will reach out to coordinate delivery.

Our shipping is **flat-rate by zone** — weights and dimensions never affect your cost.

### Canceled or returned orders

Any packaged order that is canceled or returned is subject to a 20% restocking fee, except in cases of damage or quality issues — see our [Return Policy](/policies/refund-policy) for details.
